Couples Workshop

Join John Carr and Dawn Ellis in this workshop for first time parents.  The purpose of the group will be to give new parents a chance to talk about their experiences adjusting to parenthood, to find common ground, decrease isolation, receive tips and resources, and to build community. 
 
Babies are welcome.
